Well done to Mark who has now joined the top 55 U17 players in the country. Mark started 2009 ranked as a Silver (Grade 2) at U17 after a hard years badminton before. When he won the U17 Silver Lancashire Open in Leigh it earnt him his very deserved Gold (Grade 1) status! Congratulations to Mark, and we all wish him every success in the coming years!

Sadly our golden boy declined the picture opportunity, but its only a matter of time before i catch him!

As part of the Hall Opening Mavis Bryan was presented with her long standing exceptional service award by Ian Sills of Badminton England.

After months of hard work, Hull Badminton Club has been awarded BADMINTON Premier Club and Sport England Clubmark. A big well done to everyone involved, and a special thanks to Paul.
